We also offer company secretarial services. In addition, we specialise in drafting, negotiating and advising our clients on all types of documents and agreements, including shareholder, partnership and joint venture agreements, commercial contracts, noncompetition and nondisclosure agreements, leases, agreements for the sale of land, transfer of property, securities, franchise agreements, license agreements, distribution agreements, policies and wills.

In providing our services, we pay strict attention to detail and deliver within the agreed time. To pre-empt potential areas of dispute, we draft documents that are clear, tailored and airtight.

Advisory

We offer advice on various matters including corporate governance, tax, data protection, primary and secondary listing of companies on the Malawi Stock Exchange, intellectual property, technology, competition, environmental, international trade and investment, and human rights issues.
